How does Plasma Fibroblast Therapy works?
Plasma Fibroblast is a revolutionary cosmetic treatment that provides an alternative to invasive surgical operations.
Fibroblast delivers results which rival surgical procedures but with minimal downtime and without having to go under the knife! An inventive development in aesthetic treatments using plasma in the fourth state. Treatment is done using an electronic hand piece (plasma pen): the instrument uses a small metal sample to ionize atmospheric gas that produces a little plasma flash in the middle of the tip of the instrument. This causes mini superficial trauma that immediately tightens and lifts the skin nearby.

Although some results can be seen immediately after the treatment, as the skin heals and repairs, the skin elasticity and collagen production will continue to improve the results over the next 6 – 8 weeks.

How long does it last?

How many treatments are required?
Depending on the area to be treated, skin laxity, required degree of adjustment, and the individual’s response to treatment, the number of treatments will vary. Most customers see results immediately and over the next eight weeks the skin continues to improve. Further treatments are carried out to achieve better results, although more than two treatments are uncommon. Repeated treatments shall be space between 12 weeks.
Any side effects of plasma fibroblast?
Plasma Fibroblast should be performed by a specifically trained and qualified aesthetician that is fully trained. Using the correct and approved plasma equipment to shrink the skin using a sterile disposable probe that does not touch the skin at the highest safety for clients.
Possible side effects—even when the device is used properly—include some swelling of the treated area, redness (particularly in the upper eyelids), hyperpigmentation (spots), ultraviolet (UV) sensitivity so you will have to put on sunblock to protect your skin at least 12 weeks after treatment, skin peeling and crusting which scabs off in 5 – 7 days. You may also pre-treat your skin by applying Arbutin or Vitamin C around 2-4 weeks before your appointment if you are naturally darker skin to help correct any existing pigmentation issues and suppress the future likelihood of any issues ever occurring.
Is Plasma Painful?
Plasma Treatments are relatively Pain-Free – It is virtually painless as tropical anaesthetic is applied on the area treated. During the procedure, the patient’s may feel some discomfort, not actual pain, depending on the area being treated on the face/body.
But even so, one of the most inviting aspects of this treatment is that it is virtually pain-free. This is true of the session itself and of the following recovery period. Yes, there may be a little discomfort during the recovery time in the days following a session especially if you have a bigger area treated, but slight discomfort is as bad as it gets – totally worth it for the tightening and glowing skin you get in return! There are also wonderful oils and ointments available for any inflammation that might occur.
Plasma Fibroblast is a 100% non-invasive procedure that only affects around 0.3mm of the top epidermal level of the skin surface which is even lesser to cosmetic eyebrow embroidery / micro blading which is at 0.8mm.

Comparing Plasma Fibroblast to Other Non-Invasive Methods
Is Plasma fibroblast better than Botox, fillers, Ultherapy/HIFU/Thermage/RF and Lasers?
BOTOX & FILLERS: If you wish for a longer lasting effect, then Fibroblast is the way to go. Unlike the effects of Botox which last several months, Plasma Pen Fibroblast effects stick around for up to 3-5 years, although more than one treatment may still be necessary depending on how much excess skin you have and your your desired outcome.
ULTHERAPY/ HIFU/ THERMAGE/ RF: It works much better than Ultrasound(HIFU) or RF(Thermage) or Lasers that only heats up the epidermal layers of skin. Unlike laser resurfacing; plasma is completely uniform and does not damage surrounding tissue. There is no thinning of the skin and no open wound. Plasma is non-chromophore dependent and thus not reliant on interacting with the parts of our molecules responsible for colour so it delivers completely predictable and fully controlled heat energy that avoids the excessive collateral thermal injury associated with chromophore dependent laser tissue interaction.
Plasma physically shrinks the excess skin on the surface causing carbonization (little dots) without damaging the skin. The thermal energy from the plasma is able to signal into the deeper dermis layers to stimulate the fibroblast cells that regenerates and produce collagen even though only minimal epidermis surface is affected by the crusting/scabbing.
